WHAT  TYPE OF VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED?

All dogs must have up to date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of DHLPH and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations.

DO YOU ACCEPT PUPPIES?

Yes, however, I don’t take puppies until they have had their second round of vaccinations and until they are over 12 weeks of age.

WHAT IF IT’S TOO HOT, TOO COLD OR RAINING?

If it’s too hot, there are shaded areas to escape the heat and i If it’s too cold or raining, I have the purpose built doggy play room for the dogs to play in. Thee dogs also have use of my home

WILL MY DOG BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES?

Yes. Your dog will always be under supervision

DO YOU REQUIRE A RESERVATION?

Yes, I do require reservations as I have a set capacity of guests I can take on at any one time. This is to keep my services operating at the highest standards. To make a reservation please just contact me

WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY AT MANDY’S FAIRY TAILS LIKE?

I have outdoor and indoor play areas , each with plenty of toys, to keep your dog entertained. Your dog will play throughout the day, and have designated time to get some rest and relaxation in between the various activities.

Yes – Mandy’s Fairy Tails is fully insured

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If it is not possible for your dog to attend on a particular day. I require at least 24hrs notice,. I understand people’s circumstances can change & hence do not charge a cancellation fee.

DO YOU HAVE A NAP/REST TIME?

I do have a quiet area in which your dog can take time for themselves and rest. Dogs also take naps throughout the day whenever they get tired.

DOES MY DOG NEED TO BE SPAYED/NEUTERED IN ORDER TO COME TO YOUR DAY CARE?

I do require all  dogs to be spayed/neutered at 12 months of age.
